Skysparkle, Sculpture OnShore 2006, Devonport

Skysparkle is a kinetic outdoor sculpture made from timber, spring steel, polly-rope and polished recycled glass. Bobbing in the wind and sparkling in the sunlight it draws a wiggly line with a dot into the sky waving to Dr Seuss and Len Lye.
